DR. JENAE HARRINGTON
CONSULTANT
Jenaé Harrington is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion thought leader with over 10 years of experience in the field. As an innovator and executor, she has implemented countless programs and initiatives to amplify the voices of marginalized people. She also serves as an advocate and advisor to underrepresented populations, primarily in the higher education sector. She champions creative problem solving to address organizational challenges and is committed to facilitating change through inclusive leadership and intergroup relations. Her professional roles and experiences have integrated diversity education and training, leadership development, and project management.
She currently serves as a Student Affairs practitioner who empowers young leaders to maximize their potential, build community, and facilitate change. Jenaé received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hampton University, a Master of Urban & Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University, and is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Leadership.
