Dr. Jeanine Molock
SENIOR DATA ANALYST
Dr. Jeanine W. Molock, an education research and policy expert and organizational change agent, has extensive experience in strategic planning strategic planning and assessment; policy design, implementation and evaluation; quantitative and qualitative research and analysis; project management; coaching and professional development, and organizational quality assurance. She has been employed with the City University of New York (CUNY) since January 2018. Currently Dr. Molock serves as the Director for Institutional Research at the CUNY School of Professional Studies. Dr. Molock is responsible for providing leadership and direction in the design, prioritization and implementation of institutional research and assessment activities.
Additionally, she helps to determine primary benchmarks, performance indicators and measures of success which assist her with planning, leading and conducting data collection and analysis activities that support institutional effectiveness and planning. Dr. Molock also provides guidance for the review, development and implementation of the College’s research-based survey designs that assist faculty and staff with developing surveys that provide direct evidence of student learning. Dr. Molock serves outside her college as a member of both the City University of New York’s Institutional Research and Assessment Councils and is serving as a co-chairperson of the Assessment Council.
In addition to her contributions to the field of primary, secondary and higher education, Dr. Molock achieved early career success in the field of engineering. Upon completing her undergraduate studies, Dr. Molock worked several years as Mechanical Engineer for a large technology company where she served as a Design Engineer and as a Product Marketing Engineer within the company’s Research and Development and Marketing departments. Dr. Molock received a Ph.D. and a M.A. from The University of Delaware (College of Human Services, Education and Public Policy), where she majored in Measurement, Statistics and Evaluation, and minored in Educational Policy. She earned her B.S. from Cornell University (Sibley School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering), where she majored in Mechanical Engineering.
