Dr. Brandy Huderson is a STEM educator with extensive experience in higher education instruction, scientific research, informal STEM education programming , project management, qualitative and quantitative portfolio analysis, program evaluation, and federal grant management.

Dr. Reginald Stroble is a diversity and inclusion practitioner who strongly advocates for social justice & marginalized populations through advocacy, program implementation, workshop facilitation, and advising.

Yolonda Edmond obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Averett University. She has nearly a decade of experience working in the mental health field as a Mental Health Support Specialist and as a Quality Assurance specialist for non-profit and private agencies.

Rachel DeSoto-Jackson is a Latinx educator, DEI facilitator, and executive leader with over 10 years of experience in higher education and community organizations. In her current role, she is an Associate Professor of Applied Theatre at Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she also serves as Director of the Center for Teaching Excellence.

Molock, an education research and policy expert and organizational change agent, has extensive experience in strategic planning strategic planning and assessment; policy design, implementation and evaluation; quantitative and qualitative research and analysis; project management; coaching and professional development, and organizational quality assurance.

Laurica Yancey has over 20 years of experience in the Higher Education industry. Her work in higher education includes: Career Development, Student Accessibility, Housing and Residence Life, Student Conduct, and as an Instructor. As a higher education practitioner, she has intentionally and consistently represented the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Nabra Nelson is a community organizer and theater creator from Egypt, Nubia, and California. As a consultant, administrator, playwright, director, dramaturg, and teaching artist, she has worked with theaters, universities, and community organizations across the nation to strengthen community and amplify under-heard voices.
LGBTQIA+ | Social Work | Leadership
Dev Hayostek (He/They) holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrative Arts from The Pennsylvania State University/Altoona College. His focus was Theatre, Music, and Dance. Upon graduation, Dev was highly active in the Retail Management field working in various positions of Leadership with a strong focus on Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, and Development. Currently, Dev is pursuing a Master of Social Work degree from the University Of Pittsburgh.

Antonella Fonseca is a specialist in communication strategies, storytelling, and content marketing. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications & Media Studies from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, and a Master's degree in Fashion and Communications for Entrepreneurs from the Universidad de Sevilla (Spain).

Dr. Felicia Fullilove is a program manager for the American Chemical Society and former (2018-2020) American Association for the Advancement of Science and Technology Policy Fellow at the National Science Foundation (NSF) where she worked towards broadening the participation of underrepresented groups (women, Black, Indigenous, People of Color) in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.
Inclusion | Advocacy & Disability Equity
Rickii Ainey is a long-time disability rights advocate. Ms. Ainey began her journey as an advocate by advocating for her own Homebased Community services when she was denied assistance. From there, she attended Partners in Policy Making classes and graduated in 2013.

DR. FRANCEMISE KINGSBERRY
Racial equity | Educational leadership
Dr. Francemise Kingsberry is an educational leader who has focused on social justice and advocacy for marginalized populations for the past 20 years as an elementary and middle school teacher, school administrator, scholar, and adjunct professor through leadership, program implementation, workshop facilitation/presentations, staff development, and advising. More specifically, her research centers on race and equity, women in educational leadership in the K-12 and higher education system, and urban school educational reform. Her expertise includes, but is not limited to racial equity, implicit bias, microaggressions, anti-racism, and strategic planning.
